If you’ve driven past a house with a For Sale sign in the yard, you probably noticed
an agent’s name and phone number on the sign.
That listing agent works for the seller
of the home and is contractually obligated to represent the best interests of the
seller by selling the house for the highest possible price.
The listing agent is under
no obligation to help you buy the house for the lowest possible price. In fact,
just the opposite is true.
When I assist you in buying a home, I sign a contract with
you agreeing to represent your best interests, not the seller’s.
As you begin the
process of buying your home, you’ll be able to draw on my extensive knowledge of
the Nashville real estate market and the team of professionals I work with from lenders
to home inspectors to closing agencies.
When you’re ready to buy, I’m ready to help. Give me a call!
