AI am an administrative and program management professional with extensive experience in contract management, workforce development, and training coordination. My career has spanned roles in higher education, workforce initiatives, and administrative operations, where I’ve built a reputation for strong organizational skills, regulatory compliance expertise, and the ability to manage complex programs from concept to completion.
Currently, I serve as a Program Manager with the Construction Trades Workforce Initiative (CTWI), where I oversee pre-apprenticeship programs that connect participants to union apprenticeship opportunities. In this role, I design and deliver training curricula, manage state workforce grants, and foster partnerships with unions, employers, and state agencies to ensure meaningful workforce outcomes.
Previously, I coordinated environmental and occupational safety training with the Maryland Center for Environmental Training (MCET), managing state and federal grants, budgets, and compliance reporting while collaborating with government agencies and industry partners. My background also includes experience in office management, education, and HR documentation, where I honed skills in financial management, contract oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key strengths include:
- Full contract lifecycle management (procurement, invoicing, renewals, compliance)
- Grant and budget management with strict adherence to regulatory requirements
- Program design and training delivery in workforce development and safety compliance
- Vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, and relationship building
- Data analysis, reporting, and process improvement using digital tools and Excel
I am passionate about building partnerships that expand workforce opportunities, ensuring compliance and efficiency in program operations, and delivering high-quality outcomes for both organizations and the communities they serve.
